 At some point during the installation (or during sdist maybe?), the
 {{{install}}} from the {{{sage_scripts}}} package gets copied to
 {{{spkg/install}}}.  Also, {{{sage-spkg}}}, {{{sage-env}}}, {{{sage-
 make_relative}}} are copied to {{{spkg/base}}}.  Don't ask me why, but
 that's the way it is.
