I think that keyword coloring should be removed for the output:

\begin{sagecommandline}
sage: 'Is this statement True?'
\end{sagecommandline}
}}}
produces the correct output line
{{{
Is this statement True?
}}}
But "True" is blue and the rest of the text is black.
