Minh, I removed your hunk removing {{{(`this link
<../../installation/index.html>`_ should take you to a local copy of the
installation guide).}}} because
1. I like the local link, I think we should try to keep it.
1. There are other places in the documentation with the same problem, so
we might as well fix them all at once in one ticket.
