Should it stay in {{{sage/rings}}}?
I would call it {{{sage/rings/factorint.pyx}}} or so. It would be nice if
you would move *all* the integer factoring code there, not only the newly
added code.
I would love to help with this ticket, but I'm already involved in too
many tickets...
