  * The information on `SAGE64` in `sage-env` is again misleading.

  * If `SAGE64` is not set, the message when creating `sage-64.txt` is
 simply wrong on systems defaulting to 64-bit builds.


 If `SAGE64` is not set, we still read the flag file twice if it exists
 (which is the usual case).
