Not really. Others work fine, so I consider testing if `bash` works with
our readline also an (implicit) special case.
Would you be happy with that?
(I think at least it doesn't hurt doing so, i.e. testing `bash` against
Sage's readline before installing it. Better to give a concise error
message than risking other weird build errors.)
