give a hint to that in an error (or warning) message in case we detect
installing our readline would break `bash` (but don't know for sure using

s/set its `RPATH`/change an existing `RPATH` or `RUNPATH`/
or use `patchelf`, which also supports '''creating''' / adding such tags.
Another work-around is to set up a `bash` wrapper that (re)sets
`LD_LIBRARY_PATH`... ;-)
