I built Sage from scratch with an atlas spkg that has these scripts.
First, with {{{SAGE_ROOT/spkg/standard/deps}}} unchanged, and then the
second time I removed the Python dependency. Both builds worked and passed
doctests.
I would like to see something that shows me that SAGE_FAT_BINARY works in
i686 (to make sure that we've fixed #9382) but I don't have access to any
suitable machines at the moment. I'll look into this.
