I tried installing this on a recent alpha of Sage:

removing old jmol_lib.js and notebook_lib.js…
New jmol_lib.js installed.
New notebook_lib.js installed.
removing Jmol*.jar and support files…
installing Jmol.jar and support files…
New Jmol*.jar and support files installed.

Successfully installed Jmol_for_SageNoteBook-1.1.1
Now cleaning up tmp files.

Finished installing Jmol_for_SageNoteBook-1.1.1.spkg

So all seemed well. But after ./sage -b, the Jmol applet now seems to be
exactly as it was originally. Did I miss something I was supposed to do
other than ./sage -f this spkg?
