positive review and #10773 (an update of Maxima) which also has positive
review.
If you look at the descriptions of the `p2` patches, they all mention they
depend on those new versions, though not by ticket number. I think they
are based on Maxima 5.23.1 it says, but probably that is not 100%
necessary.
