Not at all. You contributed, even if it has been revised by someone else
afterwards. I doubt very much it will be in alpha2. I think (gut feeling)
that Jeroen wants to have alpha2 out soon and won't add something that
will delay it further.
I am not sure about alpha3 either, it is a big change. He may object to it
for 4.7 altogether. In any case we'll be ready to be picked up at the next
opportunity.
