I updated the patch to work with Sage-4.7.alpha1. I also added a bunch of
doctests while trying to understand what is going on and replaced the
deprecated `ParentWithBase` with `Parent`.
I'll be doing some more work on libgap during Sage Days 29, so let me know
if you have any suggestions.
