The libGAP requires Sage-4.7.alpha1 or later because it uses the new
signal handling stuff that Jeroen just merged. I saw you use 4.6.2, so
that explains why the exceptions are not caught correctly. The spkg has
the normal layout, not sure what you are doing wrong. It is not
bzip2-compressed since that is faster to test, seems like you are not
unpacking it correctly.
