Comment:

 I put a needs work because we must set on sage-combinat-devel if we plan
 to refactor integer vector as hashable type...

 I mainly implement this object to create an algebra whose basis is indexed
 by orbit_sum of monomial. But CombinatorialFreeModule requires hashable
 elements as basis keys. There is a choice here and I don't have the
 language overview to decide such direction.
