Comment:

 I think the problem with the startup time is solved. Indeed, it turned out
 that the time was wasted by creating doc strings for cached methods.

 Next, I'll do some more tests. If it can be confirmed that a Python method
 returning a double-underscore attribute is slower than a cached_method
 that does the same, then I will try to speed Sage up in general, by using
 cached methods extensively. I wonder what will come out...

 Still:

 Depends on #9976
