code and checks that __GNU!__ is defined.
The trac formatting has screwed that up a bit. The script
{{{$SAGE_ROOT/local/bin/testcc.sh}}} checks if !__GNU!__ is defined (I
have to put a couple of exclamation marks to escape the formatting, as two
underscores causes the text to be underlined).
