Very well, I've been convinced -- thanks for being patient. The double
underscore attributes [#comment:117 mentioned above] have all been
replaced with single underscore versions. For `__poly_ring`, I had to use
`_poly_ring_`, since there is a class method `_poly_ring` already
inherited from univariate power series.
All tests pass for the `multi_power_series*` files; the rest should be
fine so I'll wait for the patchbot to verify them.
