Comment:
Ah; problems with `interfaces/maxima.py` are independent of this patch,
since they occur in my newly-installed 4.7.rc2. Patch 6 here fixes the
error raised by `sqrt` to be the same as that raised by `square_root`,
thus passing the doctest as it did before. All tests in
`rings/multi_power_series*` now pass.
