I get an error from the line: `response =
make_response(render_template('js/mathjax.js',
theme_mathjax_macros=mathjax_macros))` in flask_version/base.py. I see a
jsmath.js template in `sagenb/data/sage/js/jsmath.js` template. Is this
another file that didn't get added to the patch?
