 Please give it a try!

 My vanilla sage-4.7.1.alpha2 has no segfaults or Killed/crashed tests with
 the new patch. The patch seems to cure the doctest failure (option.pyx) I
 had on my sage-on-gentoo install on x86. However on amd64 (sage-on-gentoo)
 I have a Segmentation fault with the doctest

 {{{
 sage -t -long  -force_lib devel/sage-
 main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_curve_isogeny.py
 }}}

 I'll attach files of the Segmentation fault and debug/backtrace.
