As was put on [wiki:CygwinPort the wiki for Cygwin],

The following files need to be copied "libcliquer.dll -> libcliquer.so",
"libflint.dll -> libflint.so", "libntl.dll.a -> libntl.dll"
}}}
So that probably means three spkg upgrades?
