Yes, absolutely. The functions/ folder needs to be reorganized, though
obviously this is lower priority. Make sure that it still shows up in the
reference manual, that all imports work fine, etc. But these functions
are all supposed to be accessed through the top level namespace anyway, so
this is a great idea to make it easier to organize.
