I've uploaded a new partial patch for the ticket. I wanted to post this
now before I finish the patch so people can comment on the consolidation
of exponential functions in the new file `sage/functions/exp_integral.py`
and/or anything else.
If the basic organisation looks good, I'll finish up adding the remaining
exponential integrals and upload a new patch.
