 I know about that. I have known about a similar problem with iml for
 longer [https://github.com/cschwan/sage-on-gentoo/issues/3]. Both iml and
 linbox fail after calling a routine called (or including the words)
 ChineseRemainder which uses results from calls to cblas_dgemv and
 cblas_dgemm but this comment really belongs to #10508.

 I know this is a slow time of the year in the northern emisphere (starting
 semester two tomorrow down under) but nothing since June 27th? May be the
 thread should be bumped or something.
