I've attached my `pthread.h`, which is (including the shared library
`libpthread.so.0` / `libpthread-2.11.1.so`) clearly younger than that
originally shipped with Ubuntu 10.04; cf. [http://groups.google.com/group
/sage-devel/msg/142cccc25a983447 my post to sage-devel].
