You mean site-package/polybori/dynamic/Pypolibori.{so,bundle}, I believe
bundle is for frameworks in OS X, sage doesn't build python as a framework
I believe (unless the build system default to it).
In any case I don't think so.
One would think that -flat_namespace and -undefined dynamic_lookup are
equivalent but may be they aren't.
