The spkg together with the rebased patch builds, installs and tests well
on an SuSE Enterprise 11 and Mac OS X. It's not clear, whether PolyBoRi
0.8 is also affected by the incompatibility with newest libm4ri on Gentoo
32Bit, which is mentioned in #11574#27 (I cannot reproduce that issue.)
