PS concerning string representation: I wrote "If there are no names, they
can't be changed. And similarly, if the quotient ring has no names then
one wouldn't know how to change the names from the cover ring."
I forgot to add: "Hence, with the new patch, the local environment simply
ignores the error that would result from changing names that don't exist."
