 It took me a while to find out how to solve the problems with pickling but
 I finally managed to do so. It was because of cython objects not being
 pickleable automatically so you have to write your own pickling methods. A
 more experienced programmer might have found this out way faster then me,
 but I had a lot of trouble (basically spent this entire afternoon reading
 about how pickling protocol works so I could fix it. I will now look into
 the issues you described and get a definite patch up.
