#11068 (and perhaps to #7797 as well)? #11068 already has a positive
review, and since it adds one- and twosided ideals of non-commutative
rings, it seems like a natural dependency for a plural wrapper.
Sorry, I thought rebasing couldn't be finished. But it seems, that
something is wrong with my rebased patch. So you should post yours.
