 SCA structure is _autodetected_ upon creation of a GR-algebra (`qring`) in
 runtime. Therefore one should not use an extra method for this: just
 create a GRing and its quotient by correct twosided ideal there.

 Test: if SCA implementation is used then `y*y == 0;` for each non-
 commutative (odd degree) variable `y`.
