It's amazing how many typos are in the Installation Guide. But the
documentation has really improved compared to how it was e.g. last year.
One could also add a link to the Environment Variables section (i.e.,
`MAKE`) when it comes to "`make`", since the steps for building from
source there currently do not mention building in parallel (or `make -j`)
at all.

As said, I'm happy with the patches as they are, and everything works as
