There is a discussion of the libjpeg-turbo license by the main developer
(I think) here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/libjpeg-
turbo/forums/forum/1086868/topic/4519797
It's definitely "licensed under GPL". However, it seems to be licensed
under a subset of LGPL, which would definitely be GPL compatible.
