Another improvement: It is very easy to cythonise `ConstantFunction`.
Doing so improves the time for calling `Rings()`, for example:

sage: %timeit Rings()
625 loops, best of 3: 2.05 µs per loop
sage: P in Rings()
True
sage: %timeit P in Rings()
625 loops, best of 3: 3.24 µs per loop
