This builds on OS X 10.6, OS X 10.7, and on sage.math: on these systems, I
built the spkg and then maxima on top of it, and both `sage --lisp` and
`sage --maxima` appear to work. On sage.math, I've also built from
scratch successfully. I'm building from scratch on OS X 10.7, but that
will take a while to complete.
I have no access to an OS X 10.4 machine, so I can't test there.
