libm4ri: `SPKG.txt` needs to be updated.
cddlib, gd, iml: you should fix permissions by doing
{{{
chmod ugo+rX -R .
}}}
givaro: the version number in `SPKG.txt` doesn't match the version number
of the spkg, but this has been the case for many versions...
