two doctests are failing:

sage -t devel/sage-11666/sage/rings/qqbar.py # 4 doctests failed
sage -t devel/sage-11666/sage/rings/real_mpfi.pyx # 7 doctests
failed
}}}
The issues are {{{+0.0}}} versus {{{-0.0}}}, and also 1/0 which now gives
{{{[-Inf, +Inf]}}}
instead of {{{[+Inf, +Inf]}}}.
