#11732 needs rebasing. #10052 and #11106 are already merged. I'm not sure
what do with #11343 given the existence of #11470. I've submitted pull
requests [https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/issues/6 on github] to get
the remaining four tickets into the flask notebook (awaiting review).
