To summarize, what *needs* to be done to finish this ticket completely is:
* tls (secure=True) support for Twisted
* Selenium
* Ensure that sagenb built fresh as *part of* a clean new Sage sdist
works, and in particular that the jmol command line program works, e.g,
{{{sage: sphere()}}} pops up jmol. We are worried that it won't work
since we don't see how that script ever gets copied to local/bin/.
