#11521: Memleak when resolving the action of Integers on an Elliptic Curve

Comment(by jpflori):
For info, resetting ZZ._action_hash to {} is not sufficient to let the
IntegerMulAction be garbage collected.
Objgraph shows 3 objects pointing to the abelian group of points of the
curve (itself pointing to the curve):
- the IntegerMulAction
- the point at infinity (?)
- a dict of size 11 which is in fact an attribute
(_Scheme__ring_point_homset) of the curve (as a scheme) itself.
I'd be happy to test a weakref for values version of your patch regardless
of the spedd impact.
