 Oh, but that is not necessarily a problem in this case. I mean, it would
 be necessary to hard-code the copy of the whole problem in low-level
 functions of the MILP class to make it work anyway, so the operations
 would still work by copying the MILP object just before solving it and it
 would not change the complexity, would it ?

 But if you do that, you definitely know that you are copying the program
 and do not believe that you are just "adding a constraint" while what Sage
 does is actually much much longer.
