 Ok, I now also built MPIR 2.1.4 (changes w.r.t. 2.1.3 don't matter) and
 MPFR 3.1.0 with that version on silius; once without specifying any
 `CFLAGS` (such that MPIR used `-m64 -O3`, without any
 `-march=`/`-mcpu=`/`-mtune=`), once with `CFLAGS="-mcpu=power7
 -mtune=power7 -m64 -g -O3` (but in both cases only with ''GCC 4.6.2'').

 All test suites passed, as expected.
