If no one is in any particular rush, I'll add a patch in a few days. I'd
also like the patch to allow the user to decide that (s)he wants to use
the `glp_simplex` solver rather than the `glp_intopt` solver, since
`glp_simplex` ''does not'' crash on these inputs.
