Updated spkg at http://www.stp.dias.ie/~vbraun/Sage/spkg/gcc-4.6.2.spkg
It turns out to be tricky to convince gcc to use `lib64` for glibc but put
its own libraries into `lib`. But I think its safe to just move the
generated shared libraries to `SAGE_LOCAL/lib`. Also, I updated to the
newest gcc, install in single-thread, and disabled multilib.
