The way we called Sphinx, it wasn't honoring the {{{SPHINXOPTS}}}
environment variable anymore. As a consequence option {{{-n}}} wasn't
working anymore. I just uploaded a patch which fixes this. Maybe this
should be added to the dev-guide.
