Apply trac-11709_farey_symbol-sage-5.0.patch, trac_11709-review.patch
(for the patchbot).
Sorry for the noise, but a patchbot run highlighted a failure in
{{{ell_rational_field.py}}} (a doctest that relied, for some absurd
reason, on a specific matrix being the 5th generator of Gamma0(15)), and
also it was complaining about trailing whitespace in the patch, so I dealt
with that.
