Also, I added two minor fixes from upstream. One fixes a preprocessor
misconception ({{{#if}}} instead of {{{#ifdef}}}, and the other fixes a
doctest prerequisites check, which prevented {{{ipbori}}}'s self test to
check {{{polybori.plot}}}.
So, unfortunately we need a review again.
