That's a noop. Mercurial notices that your current Sage library is based
on the one you're trying to reinstall, so won't destroy your patched one.
("Reinstallation" of the Sage library [spkg] almost always happens if you
use `env SAGE_UPGRADING=yes make` after updating/reinstalling some
standard spkg.)
