I tried whether one can remove the `__new__` and `__getnewargs__` methods.
However, when doing so, one gets a reproducible timeout in the tests for
sage/rings/polynomial/multi_polynomial_sequence.py - that's the only
error.
So, better keep it as it is.
Recall: I would give it a positive review, if you agree with the
additional dependencies.
