The all-in-one patch needs a proper commit message: either fix the commit
messages of the individual patches ("[mq]: something" isn't a proper
commit message), or just write one commit message for the whole patch. A
multi-line message is allowed (and even encouraged), but make sure the
first line makes sense by itself.
